Para77 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and Para77 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Para77.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the Para77 platform immediately and close your account if applicable. Continued use of the Para77 platform following any changes to the terms will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

To use Para77's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Para77 takes the enforcement of this age requirement very seriously and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted or not explicitly prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure this in accordance with applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in gambling.
• Non-Para77 Employees: Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of Para77 employees are not permitted to register as regular members or participate in any promotions.

By registering an account with Para77, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You also agree to promptly update that information whenever any changes occur.

• One Account: Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at Para77. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. Para77 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information you have submitted.
• Password Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including Para77 staff.
• KYC Verification: Para77 reserves the right to require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) for any account, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or when transaction amounts exceed certain thresholds.

Para77 accepts deposits via approved payment methods for Malaysian users only. Accepted payment methods include:

• GrabPay – minimum deposit RM10
• Boost – minimum deposit RM10

All deposits will be credited to your Para77 account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Para77 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond Para77's control.

Withdrawals from your Para77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit, or to a bank account that has been registered and verified in the member's name.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days. In certain circumstances, particularly for large amounts or during security checks, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Identity Verification: Para77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Minimum Balance: After a withdrawal, your Para77 account balance may be zero. There is no minimum balance required to keep your account active.

Para77 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected on the account, a fraud investigation is underway, or the bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met.

The general terms applicable to all Para77 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire and be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to one bonus offer per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Non-Transferable Bonus: Bonus balances may not be transferred, exchanged, or used to settle any debts.
• Para77's Rights: Para77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse Detection: If Para77 detects any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — those accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

Betting at Para77 covers a wide range of categories, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League and EPL football, IPL cricket, badminton), e-sports (Mobile Legends, Dota 2, VALORANT), Live Casino, and lottery. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Bets Are Final: Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except under specific circumstances, such as a match being cancelled or postponed.
• Odds at Time of Placement: The odds applicable to any bet are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time the bet request is submitted.
• Betting Limits: Para77 sets minimum and maximum limits for each betting market. These limits may vary depending on the bet type, league, and game category.
• Odds Error: If a bet is placed at a mispriced odd due to a technical or human error, Para77 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake to the member's account.
• Postponed Matches: For matches postponed by more than 12 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Para77 account. Para77 recommends the following measures:

• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including Para77 staff
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices
• Contact Para77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

Para77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

The following are strictly prohibited when using the Para77 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with any part of the Para77 platform
• Using a VPN or proxy to mask your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions
• Abusing the bonus system through matched betting or strategies designed to generate risk-free profits
• Using illegally obtained funds or engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform
• Colluding with other members to manipulate match outcomes or betting markets

A Para77 account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• At Member's Request: You may close your account at any time by contacting Para77 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all verification requirements have been met.
• On Para77's Initiative: Para77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for reasons it deems reasonable, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at the direction of relevant authorities.
• Inactive: Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months may be deemed inactive and subject to monthly administrative fees or closure.

By registering with Para77, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and platform-related communications.

Para77 provides the following tools to support responsible gambling:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your means
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum betting limit per session
• Cool-Off Period: Suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that gambling is beginning to affect you negatively

• Service disruptions arising from system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control

• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence

Para77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations or where required by the relevant authorities.
